K Cuts

Very bad skills of the barber. Can't cut a good proportion of hair from top to bottom. It looks very weird for thinner on the top for a girl's short hair.

The staff with bob hair on Sunday 27 March around mid 40-s to 50s rudely told me to scan my trace together when I already scan in with the QR code. Work on your attitude!

All of my experiences here have been nothing but great. All the barbers are professional and give me the cut exactly how I requested. One of the aunties there, Jenner Foo, is very polite, kind, and patient with my request.

Decided to give this outlet a try. JENNER FOO was really friendly and helpful! Gave some hairstyling tips after the haircut too! Definitely will revisit this place in the future

I don't understand the stylist aunties and their affinity of cutting off more hair than requested. Seems I am not the only one based in the comments. Simply requested for a trim on the sides and back but she started cutting off my top and front without even asking. When I look into the mirror I am now reminded of my days in NS years ago. Will not recommend if you are the type to style your hair unless you think you can pull off the secondary/army boy hairstyle look. I usually patronise K-cuts at Jcube and or JEM and they do a fine job of keeping my hair, but this was really a first in years getting such a kiddish haircut. Left is my hair a week before cutting, right is my hair after asking for a simple "trim". You be the judge.

I went to this barber shop to cut my hair. The service was great but when asked to trim the hair, the hairstylist, Cindy, cut off way more than what was needed for a trim. The cut was also uneven at some sides.

I went on 18/7/2022 for a haircut, #193. Your staff Michelle who is my guess in her 50s attended to me. I showed a picture to her that I want. It's a simple long/mid-length bob cut. She said it will look different as the hair in the picture is blown-dried and that Kcuts is just cut and clean but she will try, "same same but not totally the same". I said it is fine. The haircut is waaaaaayyyy different style-wise. I even told her that it's too short when she was half-way and her reply was just plain and dry "not short". I was expecting her to check with me about the length before actually really going for it. At that point I already gave up and I just wanna cry. The cut is no way bob, it's uneven. I look like I am wearing an uneven helmet. I have a fat round face and a very short flat hair won't compliment my look, and again, the style and length is so different from the picture I showed her. During the process, she also asked me to hold/cup my mask to my face. She took out the loops from my ears coz she might cut them. Who does that?? The reason why I went for Kcuts for the 2nd time as the first was awesome. I requested for the same long bob and the hairstylist did it. She asked me about the length I prefer. Too bad I didn't get her name, i think she was older than Michelle. What a horrible experience today, it's depressing.

Read many bad reviews for $10 express haircut across many different brands. Usually I stick to one branch one hair stylist. But today I was at far Jurong Points, to save my time I have to take my risk to patronize this KCuts10 at JP. Thank God! I was earlier 2nd customer in the morning. Stylist was Mr. Gary Quek. I am lucky that he was patient and listening to my requests, and did a fairly good job. No mistakes, simply well done. Did touch up at the end to make sure it is clean at all side. ??
