L	LY T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 这是我第二次来到这家在jurong point 的QIJI分店，已经是第二次都是遇到这种烂服务，为什么呢？你们是不是因为我们去你们家买着$4-$5的食物就看不不起人是吗？因为食物便宜是吗？我们也是有付钱的不是吃免费的，那穿着黑色uniform的缅甸男经理，我问他说我要order打包，他竟然说一了一句去那边，哇！用着他的手指着右手边去那边，那么没礼貌，这是今天，上次我来的时候是一个穿着白色衣服的男员工也是没礼貌。为什么这家店的男员工都这样的，我想说做的不高兴可以不做，这是服务业吗？其实食物也不是真的那么好吃，只是因为这家店没有人排队我才来的，这样的态度我下次也不会再来了，我也会告诉我的朋友。 This is the second time I have come to this QIJI branch in jurong point, and this is the second time I have encountered such bad service, why? Do you look down on people because we go to your house and buy $4-$5 food? Because the food is cheap right? We also have paid, not free food, the Burmese male manager in black uniform, I asked him that I want to order and pack, he even said a word to go there, wow! Going over there with his finger pointing to the right, so impolite, this is today, and the last time I came there was a male employee in white clothes and it was impolite. Why are all the male employees in this store like this? I want to say that if you are not happy, you can not do it. Is this a service industry? In fact, the food is not really that delicious. I only came here because there is no queue in this store. I will not come again next time with such an attitude, and I will tell my friends.

E	Edrie Boomz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the food tasted good as usual (had their famous popiah) I don’t understand why it took more than 15 minutes to prepare the popiahs. I find it strange thay there were more than 5 staff in the small kitchen yet there were so many ppl waiting for their food. Not only that, I also ordered a drink (for takeaway, this was during P2HA) which was poured into cup first and it was placed on the counter to melt while they took time to prepare the popiah. They should serve the popiah and the drinks together tbh.

Although it was takeaway, the Prawn Laksa flavour still tastes rich and ingredients (fish cake slices, prawn, laksa leaves, egg, thick bee boon) blended well in good proportions for each mouthful - Must try Not in photo is Chicken Cutlet Nasi Lemak and noteworthy is the succulent cutlet and relatively spicy sambal chilli. As expected, flagship Qiji product Prawn Popiah doesn’t disappoint with well seasoned radish and other condiments wrapped in thin popiah skin without falling apart. One nitpick will be the use of light coloured “translucent” prawns which are less palatable than the bright coloured orangey ones ? Verdict: - Taste 4/5 - Price 4/5 - Service 4/5 - Environment 3/5
S	Serene Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shop with few seats. Lots of food options on their menu. So far I have tried the Popiah, nasi lemak, lontong and egg noodles. I like the Popiah and lontong most. Lontong portion is generous with loads of vegetables. The nasi lemak rice to me its abit dry. The egg noodles so so only nothing special.

Since they’re running business, should clear up the table for customers. Cashier asked me to wait for 5 mins because one of the customers was about finish eating. I was not sure the customer should clean up the table or the staff should. I was waiting the table to be cleaned up and waiting for my food at the same time. My nasi lemak was ready and cashier asked me to take and sit down first while Popiah was still preparing. I told her to clean and wipe the table. Not sure what were the staff doing and didn’t prioritize to serve the customers first. Food was average.
