★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is very big. Has a wide range and varieties of DIY and Homewares, especially on the DIY workshop tool. Prices are really affordable. The staffs are friendly and polite too. Once I bought a wrong item and the staff assisted me professionally through the exchange process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 18 May 2021, I called Mr DIY store to asked if the store sells chain lubricant and cleaner. Within 10 mins, I received photos of 6 different products with price, and description of products written on front and back of aerosol cans. After reading the information, I drop by the store and picked up the item I have selected based on photos received. I was in and out of the shop in less than 10 mins. My shopping trip was made safe because I do not need to spend time checking the items. I just grab and go. I appreciate the store's effort to facilitate safe distancing and minimal contact in possible crowded places. A sample of photos I received is attached.
