Chinamen deliverer damaged my goods but refuse to take responsibility. Horrible attitude. Looking at how they reply to this review, it is crystal clear about the integrity and sub std service of this company. Defensive, never offer solutions but rather instantly attempt to brush aside the responsibility to the shipper. This shows how irresponsible and dodgy this company base on the way they reply to this feedback

Customer service is the worse i have encounter ever. Customer service will keep on pestering you to ask you accept the goods even you told them that you are not free and i have giving the following date to deliver. And told me that will charge me warehouse storage space.

Be careful use their service, as their delivery guy might ask more β€œservice fee” on the spot! And without any info & invoice. Just anyhow tell u how much is the extra charges with a rude attitude. I understand that it might be have a carry-up fee to the 2nd floor, however, it cost me $120 is not reasonable for just 3 cabinets(160*80*32cm) to 2nd floor ONLY. At that time like if I don't give them money, they just throw the parcel n block the stairs, which makes me have no choice to accept it whatever how much they said. As I also checked with China side, they said it really charges too much.

Additional reply: The moving service is engaged by our China counterpart. Yes, some of the items are bulky and it’s ok to charge extra for moving them up the stairs. But your rates are ridiculous. As mentioned, the previous company charged us $180 for moving 30 boxes, all with wooden crate removed, and included items even larger and bulkier like cabinets and shoe racks. You are charging $270 for 6 boxes, without removal of wooden crate. it’s ok to charge, but charge a reasonable price. By the way, I did not arrange for 12 Dec delivery. YOUR customer service arranged, and I replied to say i’m not home. But yup - zero response until I escalate to China side. Terrible transport company - poor customer service and ridiculous pricing. I am happy to pay extra for removal of wooden crate and moving up the stairs to my apartment. However, the price they quoted was ridiculous. $60 per bulky item, and $30 per small item. Total cost was $270 for 6 boxes which is almost the cost of shipping everything from China to SG. And this pricing does not include removal of wooden crate!! A previous company we used for our goods charged us only $180 for moving up close to 30 boxes, including removal of wooden crates. Furthermore, customer service is extremely hard to reach. Nobody replies unless you escalate from China side. Overall a frustrating experience with bad service and bad pricing.

Their moving service is engaged by the China counterpart that I worked with. Items supposed to arrive at 14th Dec 2021, only delivered to me on 19th Dec 2021. There was a delay in the shipment, not their fault, but they don't bother to reply messages to update on status. Supposed to have 3 packages, delivered only 2. called and texted them every day, but they don't answer any of the calls or messages. Until I called China side, and they finally replied to say they found the package. Needed the items urgently, contacted them umpteen times still no reply, Until I told them that if I don't hear a reply by morning, I will head down to their warehouse to self collect. on 1257am, they finally replied that I can self collect. End up I had to self collect my item at their warehouse. I was told that they had overwhelming no. of container shipments this month, and thus they were planning to deliver single package on Sundays (as mine was a package that they missed out on the last delivery). If they had this intention, they could have informed consumers that they will deliver on which day, rather than leave us hanging. Bad customer service. They have a business contact number that is uncontactable.

By far the most terrible courier service I’ve encountered before. Agreed on the delivery date beforehand but still heck care attitude and deliver on the wrong date. Since then, don’t bother to answer call, don’t bother to call back, don’t reply to messages as well. Was trying to contact for afew days even few minutes before the 2nd delivery but still no answer. By the way the lady did it on purpose because when the delivery man who is making the 2nd delivery to my place and make the call using his own number beside me, she answered. What an experience for me!
