J	Jinghao Ke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited their showroom and the experience officer was very professional and covered all features and how to use the product well. Installation dates were not far off. Installation team was very patient, knowledgeable and professional as well. Arrived earlier than appointment time and took less than 1.5 hours to complete everything from removal, installation, plastering and basic use. Product is alright at this price, without app control. UV, hot and cool air, lighting.

Installation was just under an hour and professionally. Care was taken during installation and floor area was cleaned and all packing material removed. My 6 yr old twin granddaughters were very excited and happy that there can help me hanged up the laundry. Of course the fun part was pushing the Up, Down and Stop buttons. Now they can take their favorite tshirt/pj by themselves that is hanging to dry. 366H laundry rack suited our family's laundry need. Laundry was drying a lot faster as I could lower the rack to the open windows level. The other features on the 366H was not needed at the moment but will definitely be put to good use on raining days.

Our automated laundry system from Yu Home was installed yesterday (12/08). The uncles who came to install took less than an hour, it was so well done with no mess at all. Today I did my laundry and was extremely happy as I now have control over when to do my laundry and not depending on the weather anymore. Well done Yu Home and keep up the good work!!

The installation was made within a few days after I decided to buy the automated clothes rack. The men came promptly at the appointed time and finished installing within one and a half hour. The after purchase service was good too. As usual my queries were answered promptly and the problem solved.

Thank you for being so patient with my purchase, it took me over 3 months finally get the renovation done and able to install it. They helped me cut off the excess screws from the old hdb rack. The laundry rack is installed nicely without hitting the cabinet next to it. Thank you very much

They also provided great tips for us to take note of. The installation team was also extremely fast and helpful. When we realised there was a need to shift the rack due to site issues (at no fault of theirs), they were also quick to react and rectify the installation. Overall a very satisfactory experience. ☺️
