Terrible customer service in Plaza Sing.! Bad Customer Service ,unfriendly Staff !! Disappointed?

Wanted to try & buy a sofa from Muji ,Tampines One but found a non-paying(according to their cashier) inconsiderate man(apparently he comes in everyday since Phase 2 started)sitting on the sofa with his BARE FEET resting on the display sofa & reading his Chinese newspaper fully spread out as if he's at a coffee shop or his own house. He was literally sprawled across the display sofa, disallowing other genuine customers to try it. He even dumped his Fairprice plastic bag of personal items on the display coffee table, occupying the entire display set-up! A total eye-sore! Totally destroy the shopping ambience & image of Muji. Who dares to try out their sofa there? To my amusement & shock, the Muji staff were actually scared to approach this habitual layabout. They just let him have his way at Muji even when I feedback to 2 of their staff. All I observed was just a sigh of resignation from the staff who said they had 'tried talking' to him but to no avail?! There was no attempt to disallow such inconsiderate behaviour of a non-paying free loading, uncouth person to monopolise a display sofa, albeit enjoying the free AC at the same time. Muji staff is giving me the impression that they rather not offend this strange person than letting genuine paying customers fully enjoy a shopping trip at Muji without having to tolerate such inconveniences & disruptive behaviour! So ridiculous & off-putting!! Muji management should look into this matter seriously & with a sense of urgency!
