★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there are friendly and willing to help. Will recommend this place to others. However, they still didn't manage to recover my files for me probably because its too hard to be recovered. Will recommend this as they issue official receipt when we leave our laptop with them.

As nowadays are hard to find a durable and reliable notebook with such a big screen & reasonable price in the market. Manage to find PC Dream Outlet thru carousell and the sale person "Wooi Keat" are very nice & patient that able to answer all my enquires fast and promptly. And quite impressive on their work efficiency that they manage to delivery the notebook on the second day after i have place my order. Item received in excellent condition. Thank you so much. Highly Recommended!! Keep it up with your good & prompt service.

My laptop issue has been solved at PC dreams with lower fee and lesser time compare to what other store has offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send a courier service to my place whom doesn't know anything and what to collect. Ended up I'm asked to make my way there just to submit a card. Why didn't your logistic knows what he have to collect? Terrible service trying to meet the surge of Samsung S22 launch when employing people who is unaware what is required of them. Logistic manager probably Day Dreaming...
