★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before the entrance the service location, renovation was going on,have to be careful.It has a very small area of watches display and due to pandamic, only 2 persons at one time are allow in. The man at the service center was very helpful in taking care of my question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked to arrive this morning at my appointment to be yelled at by the woman through two closed glass doors that I did not have the most up-to-date TraceTogether app with the "green back ground" that shows vaccination status and check-in on the "same" page. Who cares if they are on two different pages of the app, so long as I show them proof?! Once I'd actually manage to get inside her service was rude and abrupt lecturing me that my watch was "more than ten years old" . Yes actually it is 20 years old+ and I informed them of this at the time of booking an appointment. Every question I asked she interupted me and never allowed me to finish a sentence. I left with an unfixed watch "no spare parts, cannot" and a very bad taste in my mouth from such rude and unhelpful service. I am shocked they are the official repair shop for Citizen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service centre I Hv seen in my life I gave my watch for repair and they started giving estimate and changed three times their estimate. I don't understand what's the meaning of estimate. The behaviour of the person was very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best service Center I have ever experienced. I gave my watch for repair in Anglo Swiss, Kolkata, India and after taking more than 6 months they spoiled the watch. That I got fixed in mere 30 mins in Singapore. Thank you somuch .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have met two staffs,both of them were very helpful and professional also very polite. I love this experience with them.I had an Eco Drive watch for years ,its almost new for the pandemic reason I put in drawers and stop moving since then.I couldn't take to the maintenance shop in HK,for all service stops there,so I took to Singapore to try citizen shop while traveling, the woman and the man ,both are helpful .I'm really happy my watch back to life.many thanks for the service.
