Every visit sure hard sell package and staff attitude turns bad after you rejected. Worst still appointment is very difficult to book.

Have been doing treatments here for over 3 years now, and I have nothing but praise for their service. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, so it never feels awkward. They also help make recommendations based on your developments, which I really appreciate. No hard selling, though they do tell you about new offers quite often. It can also be hard to book a slot if you ended up cancelling your previous appointment.

Service for $20 for 6 underarm IPL is very fast and minimal. They only did 4-5 zaps and then applied cooling gel and you are off to go. The package can be so cheap because they only allow you to do the treatment once every 2 months. Which is practically pointless. They’re very strict on that and even if you want to do it a few days before the 2 months date, they claim that the system does not allow. However, if you sign up on the hundred dollars packages, they’ll increase the frequency of the treatment where they’ll allow you to do the treatment monthly. Basically you pay minimal for minimal effects and service and perhaps that is a gimmick to gain clientele’s database.

Did consultation before doing IPL with a staff with surname Koh and it was a terrible experience. Couldn't get most of the things that she said and worse, she didn't even try to do it better. There was clearly a language barrier but I'd appreciate it if she at least tried. But no, she became rude instead after that. If it's not because I have to do this IPL package as a gift, I would've done it somewhere else.

It is always difficult to book and change appointments. Even though we have called 1-2 weeks in advance to request to change the appointment date to 2 days before the original appointment date and give a reasonable reason. But MUSEE always denies requests with some excuse they feel is "reasonable". As far as we know, the standard cycle for hair growth is about 28-30 days. Sometimes, we make an appointment for the next treatment for more than 30 days, and MUSEE absolutely accept it unconditionally, but sometimes we only ask for an appointment 1-2 days in advance, which is totally unacceptable to MUSEE. When we had to change appointments, it was also due to some planning changes. Who can guarantee that the plan decided 1 month ago will not change. HOPE MUSEE CUSTOMER SERVICES CAN BE IMPROVED. We never owe MUSEE anything, so don't respond to us with a bad tone. Thanks

Excellent service! My overall treatment results are very effective compare to other IPL salon that i have been before. I am very glad that I have signed a package with Musee. All of the therapist here are friendly and very pleasant. Keep it up! ??
