โ โ โ โ โ Good massage service yes but thereโs something wrong with their accounting system. Be careful if you are signing up for a package with them. All use paper & pen only, no proper receipt. After 4 years asked me to pay the balance of the package I bought 4 years ago. Everything is handwritten, how would you know the truth? They said coz they just realised it (4 years later???). How can a business be so stupid not collecting $ from the customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been doing facial n massage with them for so long, about 8 yrs now, wonderful people there with great service, always there to listen and able to correct n act accordingly. I've recommended many of my friends to them when they notice the difference when they see me, good job Beauteous! Keep it up!!

โ โ โ โ โ Went for their fave promotion, was asked to add $10 for eye and neck massage and mask, alls good though, the treatment was thorough and effective. Highly recommend, the therapists dont sell packages so they focus on their job and actually care for your skin :)!

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is very, very kind and gentle. Great service and made me happy! Face extraction is excellent. Massage is so-so but very cheap.
It is inside a 4 star hotel so the shop is very clean, the bed is comfy, and environment is comfortable.

Not as painful as other salons iโve been to, but really very thorough, now my skin feels so clean n smooth! My friend have been doing facials there for years, I am glad she recommends me to them

โ โ โ โ โ Good service, great massages, value for money. There is some upselling but never any hard selling - which makes this place genuine and makes me a returning customer and an eventual package holder. they truly pay attention to your needs/requests.
environment wise - the place is not very large. definitely not one of the fanciest and beautiful massage places but you can always count on them for a good massage. place is about 10 minutes walk from somerset MRT, located within Holiday Inn Orchard.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been with them since I was still a student! Chance upon street deal and thereafter signed package With them until now. Therapist are all very polite, standard depends on which therapist but is not bad .
Front counter staff is also very friendly. Good service overall.

โ โ โ โ โ My friend recommended me this place and I'm so glad to have listened to her! Within 6 days after my first session, I could see a huge change in my skin. My pores were so much cleaner and definitely not inflamed anymore.
The location is really convenient and walkable between two MRT stations.
From the time when I filled in the registration form, I knew I was in good hands. They consider various aspects of you, including your physical and emotional health, so you know they apply a customised facial on you, and not just a generic facial procedure.
On top of their great and friendly service, they have also been really helpful and professional in advising me on how to take care of my skin outside of the sessions.
