I bought so many items from them, and called in and spoke most nicely to enquire about the exchange of a faulty power adapter they sold me which broke down within few months. The person who answered the phone refused to let me finish my matter, and basically rebutted 3 sentences for every 1 sentence i said. He then hung up the phone on me twice, and refused to let me speak to his manager or managing director. He also refused to give me his name.
What terrible service, especially since I had bought so many things from them.
I will never recommend Music Theme to anyone ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I go here people here are rude especially the younger guy. If you are an experience guitarist and knowlegable about guitars, and know what you need, then don't go here. People here will talk to you like you don't know anything about your guitars. sometimes they argue on something that you are 100% aware of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Music Theme to repair my electric guitar. Lim took the time to diagnose the issue, told me clearly what the fix would entail and did a great job. Fair, transparent and not pushy at all, and was happy to share his knowledge.
Service provided was a contrast to the neighbouring stalls whom I approached first, went with Lim as he instilled confidence in me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Music Theme is #B1-04/05/06 basement ofExcelsior Hotel, Singapore. One of Singapore oldest music instrument store. Although current store is not large but pacaked with various famouse brand music instruments & guitars (both acoustic & electric guitars) ie: Gibson, Ibanez, Taylor, Godin, Crafter Seagull etc. And also lots of sound recording equipments. Most of them selling at very reasonable price. Online purchase self collection & home delivery provided. One of my favourite store.
Check it out, befor buying.
