★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so...was looking for vinyl shops in singapore and google listed them and among that For the Record! a quiet quirky quintessential store that reaks music. run by two brothers Sri and Andrew who were ever so friendly and knows every album, every press, every artist. walked away with 4 classic vinyls and 1 for the look out. if you’re looking for 1st press and the classics this is the place for you! its not your usual fancy looking record store all polished...go here for the real stuff!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't write Google reviews often, but I had to to take the time to give a 5 star rating to this amazing shop run by Sri and Alagirisamy 2 very friendly and passionate brothers. The shop boasts an impressive collection of reasonably priced jazz originals which I could never hope to find in Paris. The shop is messy and untidy, which unlike what the owners might think, gives it a great and approachable vibe. Nevertheless, everything is well sorted, and the 2 brothers know literally every vinyl they own. A great experience I shall definitely repeat !
