β β β β β They are competent enough in eye tests but they are not very helpful in scheduling of operations. There are limited slots and they get irritated if you change your operation slots. Their doctors' schedules are probably more important than yours, so you got to work around their schedules. If you dare to request for a change, they'd make sure that they give you an operation slot that is too far out to consider. Frankly not worth the insult, so I just went to another specialist, who was equally competent and no issues in rescheduling, as they understand the importance of the customer's time and can accommodate to exigencies.

β β β β β Feel that eye test is more important than finding a solution to cure the problem i have on my eyeball. The second consultation was to look for another solution to my eye problem that was not solved from the first consultation. However, without eye test, Dr refused to see me. $20 for an eye test in 3 mins in a professional and specialist clinic compared to 30 mins free charge in an optical shop, an optical shop can definitely do a better job. And patients have no choice to say βnoβ to eye test. A commercial doctor, i have a small problem rather than something would need surgery, do not feel Dr cares about it. For sure, will change to another specialist and not recommend.

β β β β β Dr Loh is caring and meticulous. Appreciate the care after being with the clinic from its previous location to the current one. Busy practice with very full schedule, glad that they follow through to ensure patients are able to get their appointments. Always see them attending to their patients well at the counter and are helpful and accommodating.
