β β β β β Sprained both my ankles at the same time and had difficulty walking. Was referred to a sports doctor but he recommended surgery. I visited Belinda at Performance Sports & Rehab and she knew whatβs up. She took a multi-pronged approach with massages, therapy/strength exercises, and recommended shoes with good support. From not being able to walk at all, I recovered in no time. Highly recommend visiting Performance Sports & Rehab.
