★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an ACL and meniscus reconstruction I completed a rehabilitation program with Anand.
When we started and I was doubtful I could ever go back to a 100% recovery, Anand was a brilliant motivator, with a great deal of empathy, he was even a better motivator at the end when we had to work on building back some muscles and our sessions became more intense.
My objective was going back to an active sport life, including playing football, Anand tailored a program that allowed that to happen.
I strongly recommend Anand as a physiotherapist and all the staff at Move Free Physiotherapy Pte Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an acl tear and reconstructed it through surgery, spent 12 months at Movefree physio. My physiotherapist Qian Xin was always kind enough to explain my condition in detail to me, which allowed me to understand how I was recovering. The exercises were explained well and Qian Xin herself has a bright and friendly personality. Would highly recommend her to anyone going to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Movefree for my heel pain issue. I was being treated by Judee and was imparted the knowledge that my heel pain was in fact Plantar Fasciitis. She further explained and assisted me to perform the required treatments and immediately I felt the pain being relieved.
I went back and repeated the exercises that I was taught and the pain seems to occur less frequent. Kudos to Judee and I would highly recommend her for your treatments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had chronic neck and back pain for the last 2 years. Saw a few therapists but without much improvement, till I meet Judee. She is very knowledgeable and I gained insights on the reasons why my pain was not resolving. She’s an active listener and I benefited from the exercises and treatments. I love the positive vibe and energy! The staff in the clinic are very friendly and approachable!
Will highly recommend Judee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Dr Anand after my ACL reconstruction with Pinnacle Orthopaedic. Dr Anand played a very important role in helping me to regain my confidence as i struggled to trust my knee again. There is gradual improvement with each session and i would encourage those with similar injuries to attend the sessions regularly.
Dr Anand also communicates my progress to the doctor. I find it critical for the physiotherapist and doctor to talk to each other so that the patient will be able to get the most out of the sessions. Thank you Dr Anand and the friendly front desk staff for your care in the past year!

I am grateful to be under her care as she is very knowledgable and always give valuable feedback which helped me in my recovery process. She is also very warm, caring and goes the extra mile to support me by listening to my concerns. With her patience and encouragements, I was able to go through every milestone successfully. Not only have I recovered from my surgery, I have gained a great deal of knowledge about how my body functions and am empowered to continue making progress. Thank you so much Qian Xin!!

Anand was very knowledgeable and was very motivating throughout my recovery process. He assessed my condition and provided me with a progressive set of regime weekly. Thankful for Anand for all the guidance! The staffs in both Novena and Parkway are very friendly as well. Highly recommended!
