One of the nurse was rude and no customer service at all. It is a super disappointing visit for me. Try not to go there if you have another choice.

Receptionist is very rude and speaks in a sarcastic way. She was very lazy and asked me to Google for information on my own. If you are this lazy and still be sarcastic, please just go home and don't work anymore. Terrible customer service. Do not visit this clinic!

Probably the worst front counter service in the neighbourhood. No customer service, no rapport, no empathy, no patience in answering question. Abrupt & sarcastic frontliners. Feels like they just trying to sell their medicine from the basic charges (my previous experience was the same) End up I decided to leave after 1hr wasted of time without consultation. Everything is a NO! Doc pls look into your 2 front ladies ?

Dont ever go there for PCR test : Went there for departure PCR test after taking appointment a day earlier, only to be informed at reception that i have no appointment.When shown call record reluctantly got registered. Later waited from 08-00 AM to 10:15 AM but PCR test not started for the very first person and was told that it may take another half an hour to start. Forget to mention, took 30 mins + to just get register even after reaching at 08:00 am. They also demanded original passport and copy of air tkt. There is no guarantee of result in 24 hrs, they need min 2 days in advance. Previously in November also similar experience but i gave benefit of doubt as they had just started testing. When i told them i want to do PCR from somewhere else, can they refund ? They said yes but will take some time as have to check with manager coz not sure how to do it in system. I told them i am going back pls process the refund. I assumed that it will be credited back to my account. But Later i received the call from Clinic to come & collect the cash. I had to again make a trip to collect cash. To summarize, they have lousy appointment system, takes long for registration and testing. Reception staff not helpful. I will avoid this clinic as far as possible

Have been seeing Dr. Yun for the past 10 years since I've moved to CCK. He's pulled me through some tough spots in my life, diagnosing a hole in my lung (pneumothorax) and helping me manage a really nasty bout of pneumonia. I do agree the queues can be tiresome, but that's because he's really meticulous in ensuring you get the right treatment at the end. I've been to other clinics where the younger docs will just prescribe random medicine for a more underlying ailment, just so that they can see more customers. If you're really so annoyed by the queue, please do use the heyally app that they're using and take a digital queue number.

Very very inefficient clinic. Both the staffs and the doctor. Came down to do COVID test, waited for 1 hour but the patients queue isn't moving. Took 45 mins for a PCR/ per patient. Highly NOT recommend to visit if you are getting swab or medication

My parents have been seeing Dr Yun for over 10 years now. A caring Dr who takes time listening to patients and that is why waiting time is long. I am sure everyone wants a Dr who listens to you and properly diagnose your condition. It is worth the wait despite the long Q. We see very few Drs that actually care for their patients nowadays. And for this, Dr Yun will still be my family’s physician.

The dr is good but the nurses are the most inefficient lot I have ever seen. I hope the dr sees how bad his clinic is being reviewed. He is being taken for a ride by his rude nurses. I went at 9ish and was told cannot take in anymore patients. Once, I waited 45min for Med to be dispensed. Hrs to see the dr. And most recently, the nurse says they r just doing Govt a favour swabbing people. So these people have to wait. And really, 11am becomes 2pm, and then 330pm and not yet swabbed! And u can see, so many people just waiting. The dr sees 1-2 patients per hr. U really gotta have the patience. Not worth it
