Dr Chui is the most kind-hearted & professional doctor I’ve ever come across. Not only does he not mind spending his time to explain my medical conditions to me on every visits, his extremely reasonable charges have always been consistent throughout the years (I’ve been seeing him for more than a decade). I saw bad reviews on the long waiting time, but what do you expect for a popular doctor who truly and sincerely makes effort for all his patients? Clinic assistants might be slightly hostile sometimes, but can be understandable with the crowd and how (some) patients behave. I’ve seen them being extremely helpful and friendly to most patients who are courteous towards them. If you are looking for all-rounded outstanding doctor, I can promise that Dr Chui is definitely one.

Dr Chui is the best doctor who has treated our whole family for 20 years. He is kind, calm, always give correct diagnosis and get rid of my worries. He is busy, but still try to explain the illness to us, sometimes with a diagram. he respect patients. His fees are the most reasonable after I know how much others charged when his clinic is closed. With Internet resources, we tended to check first and guess a reason. Dr Chui is not angry at this，still patiently explain and give correct diagnosis. He never fail. We may leave cck in future, but will try to get back to visit him. Will definitely recommend him.

This incident happened about two months ago but it still affects my friend now and I feel that it is important for anyone who visits this clinic to know: Dr Chui, if you are reading this, clearly you need a lesson in empathy. For all the good reviews you have received from your patients, this experience my friend went through was thoroughly disappointing and out of line. My friend isn't the type who would fake her diagnosis. She was working from home and sniffling the whole morning. She clearly felt uncomfortable enough to visit a doctor, but she wasn't prepared to receive your dismissiveness. Maybe seeing a doctor for 'exhaustion' or a 'medical certificate' triggers you as a medical professional, but could you consider in the future that your patients can be genuinely unwell too? When my friend said that she felt distressed by you, your response was only to protect yourself. She was crying in the clinic and none of the staff who clearly heard the conversation responded either. To assume that someone who is seeing you for an mc is definitely trying to skive is of bad faith and poor judgement. a little compassion goes a long way.

Clinic’s opening hrs state 8.30am but the reception staff will slowly walk in at 8.40am nonchalantly and spend another 5mins to prepare themselves before opening at 8.45-8.50am. Then doctor comes in at 9.10am. I advise anyone coming to not waste your time here. Observed that the staff are also rude to the aunties who were abit slower in registering or asked some questions, simply brush them off as busy and tell them to wait around. If you know there is a queue waiting to register when you open (because you are late) and you want to clear the queue before the doctor comes in, then you should come to work punctually! If you aren’t patient or can’t show empathy working in a medical institution, then you are in the wrong job! Do everyone and yourself a favor and leave..

Service was really bad. Never indicate cut off timing for queue number and not allow to take queue number 1 hour before closing time? Ridiculous, call them 12 times and no one ever pick up the phone?

I have been going to this Clinic since the 90's! Very good service and very good Doctor. Same Service Staff since day one! must be a good employer too!

Clinic service is bad. I had a queue number 14 which was quite far away from the current service number 5. As I was tired of waiting inside the clinic, I went around the area to walk. By the time I came back, I missed my queue by 1 patient. The receptionist told me to come back at 7PM to re-queue again as they were closing when they were still serving the next number 16 patient. What kind of clinic turns away patients and I have waited for so long. Advice not to go this clinic. The doctor always came in late as well even when the clinic states that it opens at 2PM, doctor came in at 230PM.

Will really appreciate if confined everybody to 10 min of treatment. Some people really can stay inside the doc room for more than half an hr.
