Wish I had done this sooner, after reading many recipes, books and watching videos, I finally booked myself into a class. Kavita was able to provide me with thorough knowledge of making a sourdough and caring for a starter. Highly recommend this class

I have learnt about Kavita's gluten free sourdough baking through many good reviews and she definitely lives up to it! I attended my onsite baking lesson with her in May 2022 without any prior experience in baking. She conducted the class with much enthusiasm and patiently giving detailed explanations, which is very helpful for a first time baker like me. I have benefited from my onsite lesson with her though overwhelmed with all the information given as she is just so passionate about sharing her knowledge with us to bake healthy bakes that will ultimately blessed our body. Kavita is such a hard working and committed teacher who patiently journeying with me on this learning journey daily, answering all my non stop questions to keep improving my bakes. On top of that, she didn't chose the easy way out by just teaching us to bake with her well establish starter that she cultivated over many years. She took the hard path by keep encouraging and journeying us to create our own starter by teaching us how to fish! I am blessed with such dedicated and hard working teacher and I am looking forward to prefect my gluten free sourdough bread making with her.
