★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent community club with 2 badminton courts, basketball court and karaoke rooms. There’s also a water cooler/dispenser which is handy if you are playing sports there. The nearby food court serves nice hokkien mee. Helpful and friendly staff. A bit hard to access from hdb hub or Toa Payoh MRT station. Need to take 232 or 238 to get there. It is situated beside a Hindu temple and Toa Payoh Polyclinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very active. Bldg a bit run down. My daughters went there for ballet classes there that was 20 years ago. 2nd flr toilets are locked n cannot be used. Lots of public parking spaces at the industrial blks 1003

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the older CCs in Toa Payoh, the facilities are simple but cosy. Basketball court, badminton hall, rooms for other activities like dancing and martial arts. The CC staff are friendly and helpful. Toilets are old but clean and in good condition. No parking here though, like most CCs, but there are plenty of parking in the industrial estates surrounding it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to those that I have been, this one is rather quiet, with not much activities. Only badminton coaching was in progress at the hall. The cooking class was right at the end of the building. There is no directional sign or staff around to assist.
The back of the building is lined with pigeons and their droppings, on the floor and wall! The supervisor must be a pigeons' lover!
Customers have to ring the bell a few times before staff, looking lethargic and irritated, appeared from behind the office, hugging their sweaters because of the cold!
Compared to the present day service, what happened ?to our excellent customer service of yesteryears? Retired with the older generation? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy movement and very clean. Reading space with newspapers and magazines well organised. Lots of facilities like karaoke room, training rooms, badminton and squash. Also a well patronized basketball court. Just ask permission and join either side team.. Just walk in to the office and be served better then how a VIP feels.
Pick up facility forms and print advertisements for events in forecast.
Everything here except meals and comfort seating sofas like at the library.
The entrance is clean and greenery and flowers are well maintained. Gate opens at 9.00 am, closes when you leave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child and a friend didn't know that nowadays they need to pay to play at the basketball court. They just started playing and was told by a rude Indian man, to pay $4/hr , if not leave. Even if need to pay, they are not aware and did not bring enough money. You really do not need to be so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to attend community events, indoor sports, ad-hoc classes, etc.. I think they have programme for kids from low income families too, including reading classes and such.
