Manager was quite fierce and rude. Saw her scolding one of a part timer infront of us, and resulting her in crying. It makes me and my boyfriend uncomfortable and awkward when passing by. Her scolding was quite loud, and can be heard even when i am in a distance away. I was craving a bubble tea badly that day, however i was put off by her loud scolding. I didnt wanted to be in a awkward situation.

Very Bad! Your ocbc machine is broken and the discount is not available. Tell me that i only can pay cash. I want ask your card machine is broken is that your customer problem??????? Finally i have pay cash and without the payment discount The employee answered impolitely. I am very disgusted that your company has such employees, she is a very rude person and wearing glasses.

Wasn't really my favorite bubble tea store but no option in this location. I never try other than bubble milk tea or brown sugar bubble milk tea though and for me they are all almost the same. There were some offers with certain credit card at the store but I left my card at home at that time.

Nice cosy corner near entrance of Prime Supermarket. We enjoy the big side brown sugar pearl milk tea at $4.30

Very rude and no customer skill. Here it goes, I don’t order R&B drinks often and then I went to order and then pass the change to the staff A and she took it and key it in and then I say there was a Passion Card discount and I ask oh is there passion card discount, then this Staff B just plain rude telling me off saying “‘Next time must show passion card to enjoy discount” and I just explain back I don’t buy this often and I didn’t know there was passion card discount as I just saw the sticker on the counter top and then she rudely without any apology say next time remember to show passion card” What the heck is this customer service staff showing to customer! She was not even wearing any staff uniform. Time happen is around 6.25pm. And staff A who took my change just plainly use the calculator to calculate the difference and just pass the change back to me without saying anything. No thanks or anything. Very disappointed with the customer service attitude shown by staff.

Redeemed an e-voucher I bought online, but staff were extremely clueless on how to key it into POS. The manager had to constantly come out from the kitchen to assist the cashier who was having trouble redeeming it. The cashier then lamented to another staff about the e-vouchers as its troublesome to key into POS. I deducted 2 stars because I felt that they have 0 EQ to complain about the SOP in front of me and other customers. Do bring it up to your management if you’re unhappy instead of openly ranting in front of customers.

Brown sugar bobba milk was consistent with other outlets. It's around $6 (cannot remember), but it's not bobba, just typical pearls. Still a nice blend - can taste the brown sugar within milk. It's good!
