I received only 9 out of 27 items today,13 Jan at 7:30pm after so much delay and an outdated response - items on the way! Customer service said they will deliver everything by 9pm and it is nearly 1030pm and I have not received the remaining main pongal items. Very disappointed and heartbroken over this entire mess. Poor coordination and delivery service accompanied with customer service that has no idea where our items are. This is literally my first and last purchase with MyIndia.SG and highly do not recommend their service. Update: it's 14 Jan, 2:30am - just received some items. Still missing 13 items out of the entire list. Never going to order from MyIndia.SG again.

But I was really happy with their service, quality of products, timing and promptness. I even suggested my friends to order from here. Thank you for the excellent Service!! (Review First Posted) Would like to re-rate them based on the pricing. I have been ordering groceries from the start and I see how the prices have been drastically increased. For eg, Idhayam 1L oil costed me $10.50 a few months back and now I see it's priced for $11.90. Mustafa and other grocery stores price way lesser than this. This is just an example of one product that I mentioned. There are many others where it's priced more than other stores. Considering home deliveries are in demand, I hope they don't favour this situation.

Then only we receive the order. That is the reason we reduced ordering. Please improve the delivery .Customer cannot keep on waiting for delivery hours and hours together. This constructive feedback is being provided for your improvement.
