★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this place. Wendy is a very patient and polite manager explaining all the detail that I would need to know for the eyelash extention.
I was then guided by Vanessa to a nice and clean room to do the eye lash extension. I love the way they do it professionally. No hard sell. Shop has lots of promotion going on. Will definitely return to try out more other services.

My first time visiting due to an online promotion on the eyelash extension. My service personnel was Elaine Ling. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease knowing it's my first experience on eyelash extensions. She is very gentle and assuring. She took time to explain the details and after care as well. Her skills are top notch and I do not feel any discomfort. There is no hard sell of their products or services at all.
It is because they do not hardsell and are not pushy, this would be the reason why I would most definitely come back again for the other promotions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the eyelash extension service I had with Qiqi. I was running late so I had to ask for them to expedite them on my service to be done within an hour if possible. They not only did as I requested, but also did a fantastic job on the eyelash. Recommend Qiqi as your eyelash stylist. Thank you for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad I found them and managed to successfully get an appointment within same day and get my eyelash done beautifully. It’s a trial package price for my usual natural extension, they did a good job but they also tried very hard to sell me package. I almost cave in but I didn’t want to have double package; it’s waste of money. But otherwise I would recommend them for their lash extensions (from Korea!)
