★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to this coffee shop. Tables are wet and dirty. i see 2 cleaners at the tray return station but none bothered to wipe the tables.
Ordered sliced fish soup with rice from a Chinese man who is rude and impatient. I requested to replace lettuce with bittergourd but he refused. Bad attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After it just had a reopening a week. A whole near coffee shop. Well recommended is the Yu pan fish soup. Tasty broth. I had the vegetarian store. The vegetables was abit salty and price wise not that cheap as it was $3 for bee hoon + 2 ingredients. My wife likes the prawn noodle soup. She said not the best but still a great choice for locals. There is also a pao fan store. Basically cooked rice and have different kind of broth and seafood choices. Thrown in the rice cereal cracker. Viola. Pricier side but great to try out this new hip menu. Seating arrangement same as previous owner. Stalls - Mixed rice stall, zhi char store, prawn noodle store, Pao fan store, roasted meat store, kway teow fish soup, vegetarian store, drink store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee (kopi) standard inconsistent, not worth the price paid. Food stall wish all is below average, the famous old airport lor mee will be better to get from old airport stall. Cai Fan stall was the worse. Meat and veg portion was little, even the rice given was very little compare to how usual cai fan stall gave. Taste was normal.
There’s better and more valued stall nearby walking distance so don’t waste the to try out the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bao fan is no doubtedly fresh, but a tad pricey for what’s already available else where. Managed to have a full lobster pao fan with all the set incredients for $28. Famous Pao Fan have something similar at $16, but a tad less fresh.
Fishballs in the fishball noodles was pretty good, although the soup could be much better as it abit bland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from the mix vegetable rice stall. Normally, I always encourage your hawker entrepreneurs. But this young entrepreneur
Charges me $5.30 for a simple mid joint chicken wing, a small piece of otah, some vegetable and rice. I think it is overpriced. The fried mid joint chicken taste like it been fried twice over. The vegetables is ok but the otah is nice. Almost similar to ocean curry rice. Won't return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to have a meal right Birdy to Tampines Polyclinic. Ample parking lots for motorists and for non drivers, not far from Tampines MRT and stone throw from the nearest Bus Stop too!
The newest addition looks like the Old Airport ‘Lor Mee’ which attracted a long queue of hungry patrons, waiting eagerly in line.
I gave the Lor Mee a missed due to the queue, but instead ordered the One Each the Vegetarian Bee Hoon as well as the Normal Bee Hoon both at $3.50. Both Bee Hoon tasted awesome and good!
Saw the only Malay Stall here with a small queue and decided to try their Longtong. The portion is generous and it tasted very good too!
All the Malay food; Nasi Lemak, Mee Soto, Mee Rebus and Longtong at $3.50 each!
