★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be closed often with shutters down, compared with the other two telcos down the same row of shops which seems to be always open. Went to inquire about broadband plan and marketer was pushing for higher end plans. After enquring about details about home line, I went to the other telco shop down the row to make some equiries. Upon making a return to myRepublic after a short while, the shutters were down. Went to Fairprice to shop for groceries and return again to find the shutters still down. Seems like quite difficult to find it open because there is only one personnel at the shop every time I go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi becareful of the SIM plan, i joined their plan at 28Aug and got charged for the month of aug, when asked they said they charged according to the month and dont do proration. Only used four days and got charged for a whole month..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value mobile plans BUT negated by very poor shop service and after sales support.
- The sales person at Hillion didn't seem interested in my signup nor did he mention there was a better mobile deal than what I was considering
- There is no phone support for after sales, only online.
- The online support is not responsive, it's been 3 weeks, and still no news.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn’t recommend MyRepublic. Better options for broadband and mobile with telcos who care about their customers. They talk about being the brand with empathy but their customer service is appalling and out for only money gauging. Not interested in the customer in the least. They have a long way to go for their NPS to grow. Should look at some of the telcos overseas on how to do customer service right. May figure out it’ll help grow their business.

The sales person was on a personal phone call, I waited 2 mins for her to finish her call before attending to me. She also shows struggle understanding her job and product. She only tell me about additional charges after I decided to sign up. I ask if the additional fees can be waived off, she immediately say no. And I ask if she can try to help, she said no.
