โ โ โ โ โ We were having great experience with the school till we were assigned a new music teacher, who banged the piano keys at my daughter during her first lesson with her. Finding the new teacherโs behaviour totally unacceptable and unprofessional, we immediately requested for a course withdrawal following that lesson.
Refund process is absolutely appalling. I was told it is a simple Paynow transaction, typically takes 3-4 weeks. However, the last time (yesterday after a 4 week wait) a Cristofori staff told me that it will be transacted by end of the day when i followed up. Transaction didnโt happen, and the staff said perhaps it will take another 2-3 days.
I am starting to wonder am i being ridiculed by a supposedly renowned music school over a mere sum of refund?

โ โ โ โ โ Ms Lee is a very patient and kind teacher. My daughter enjoys her violin lessons with Ms Lee. She always provides us feedback and letโs us know how our daughter can improve and what she does well. She is a really good teacher !
