Excellent manicure and pedicure services and their prices are very reasonable. Small shop but clean and comfortable.

My nails was done by Cindy her service was excellent but there are an old woman in the shop I'm not sure what's her position, I heard she answered the call and talk to the costumes that call in to book appointment, the way she talk is impolite in my opinion, the price is cheap so you have to bear with it!

Went there after seeing the deal on Fave. End up was told not to get from Fave and buy direct from them. Anyway, please ensure you read the terms. The package I got, ended up with most things not covered eg some color, etc. And they are totally not flexible about it. Apart from the fact that it’s not convenient - quite a walk from Sengkang MRT... First impression - it’s a very very small and cramp place. The young manicurists are indeed friendly/warm but lacking in skills. The gel manicure drop off just 2nd day after doing it, though they did rectify it after I went back. Anyway my nail bed was polished until very thin and I had to stop doing manicure for a while. It is so difficult to book a slot as they are quite lacking in manicurists. In one of my visit, the only manicurist there, is actually on loan from another salon. During CB when they were closed, I asked when my package is extended until and I was told not to worry about it. So naturally, I was expecting them to inform me of the new expiry date and there is no follow up from them. When I enquired about it many months later, I was told it had already expired by then. Since it’s a communication issue, I asked for goodwill but was ignored, completely no reply!!! This left a very bad taste and I will definitely NOT recommend this to any of my friends.

Good customer service, staff was friendly and definitely will return for next treatment.

My manicurist was Theresa, and she was really experienced and did a great job with my nails! So happy to finally find a nail salon that doesn't hard sell :) looking forward to be back for more self-pampering!
