Pin Wei Fang Zi Char - 10 Sengkang Square

Food is ok but the aunty with home clothes ,bad service.Ordered large fried bee hoon with no extra plates or bowls.When the food came ,we told her,she said next time have to tell earlier and now have to take ourselves.Nice 1. And she came with 2 sets of forks and spoons. Obviously she knew but lazy.

The kind of food that you can go for daily. Many varieties of a ZiChar stall from fried rice to seafood dishes. The specially like dish is the PrawnSaucechickenwings fried. Deep fried to crispy delicious on the outside and soft tender at the inside. If you you like go with any beer to your taste is a perfect couple. Staffs service is friendly and the the place is neatly maintained, clean and nice. Food is fast good, just expect a waiting even if you don’t see the queue.

i stay close to this zi char and love it. dine in is in a car-park but the food is seriously 9-10/10. I recommend the hot plate bean curd and salt-egg prawns. the sambal sotong is also awesome.

This is my first 2-star rating. Please bear with me for the long post. I reserve one star for bad food and bad service and in this case, the service was not rude but the food is not edible. The signature hokkien noodles were too soft. This is an insult to KLian taste. The zhen jiang pork ribs didn’t come with meat. It’s some kid of starchy fake meat. The special tofu is nothing but a battered mix of tofu and some Yong tau foo stuff. Not special and not tasty. I’ll never come again. I thought Punggol folks were deprived, Sengkang is worse!! Avoid this place - You’ve been warned!

Pin Wei Fang - Sengkang Square Kopitiam I have previously bought takeaway for my kids. Since my wife was in a mood for dinner, she suggested having dinner here after hearing her colleagues rave about it. Most of the time, it’s a place I have been telling but as you know, it hardly registers with her. This post came late as I had an accident just before the dinner. The food was excellent, I felt the portions could have been a little more generous but the quality is there. While the potato leaves were a tad too wet, the sauce blends well and makes it easier to consume. The KL Hokkien Mee was a surprise, it was among the better ones I had! It just manages to get to the point of being too oily for me! Sotong was again yummy, more sotong would have made it better! I cannot wait to try out more dishes here. Despite the many bad reviews here... Never had a bad experience dining here. Food portion is good, and tasty... But the kl hokkien mee, the noodle quality can be better, and slightly more taste.

This review is for August 2021......Well well surprisingly this time round is much better than the months ago when i order a Fried Rice ! It was tasty this time round. Maybe the chef has changed to new person ? Anyway the rice has got wok hei and the fried egg that i order extra was tasty as well. Simple food, but NOT easy to cook. So if a food stall can manage to fried decent simple dish, you can expect some other dishes are decent standard too. Of course it is impossible to have all the food menu to be delicious.... :)

After a later night cycling adventure. We decided to descend upon this old Zhi Char we used to patronise. I was looking forward to my KL Style Hokkien Mee but they ran out. So I decided to have the Crispy Noodles and Har Cheong Kai. Everything was really good. Yummy to the last bite.
