β β β β β Had a classic pedicure done at $38 which was quite cheap. Service was good but i felt the job was really rushed, the lady made me bleed on one toe and told me my nails were dry even though they werenβt. Went home and discovered some had smudged so was a waste of my money.

Hi, apologies for the delayed reply and appreciate your effort in getting in touch with me but i won't be able to come back for another appointment due to logistics. I'll revise my rating to 4 based on your pro-activeness in seeking to rectify the situation but please do tell your staff to be careful and to not rush in the future. I wont be commenting on this any further. Thanks.

β β β β β Nails 5th has been below my block for many years now but todayβs itβs the first time I came in together with my mum. First thing I noticed when I entered was that the nailists were cleaning and sanitizing their work areas. They all wore face masks and were hygienic in using disposable plastic for our pedicures. They took time time to have little chats here and there with us and even assisted my elderly mum up and down the raised seating area. Thank you, we had an enjoyable and relaxing time at your salon today.

β β β β β Love this place. I have been back many times and their staff are always so friendly. They are very meticulous and also patient with me whenever I request a sudden change in gel colour (oops!). The girls seem very confident and really do know what they are doing, shows that they are highly trained in their skill sets. My favorite part of it all: the salon is just next to Tiong Bahru MRT =)

β β β β β Nice enough place, price was a rip off. No consultation, no questions about what I wanted. I wanted an express Pedicure to remove the dead skin and to clean up my nails. This was done, they then Proceeded to give me a treatment I never asked for as I was time poor, anyways I left 20 mins past when I was supposed to be out and to top things off I was charged $168 for the treatment with an additional $30 for the pedicure. No explanation given when I questioned it at the desk. Disappointing as I work in a service industry and you canβt just take peopleβs money without disclosing prices

β β β β β Iβve been a loyal customer of NFA ever since they started in 2015. Am really happy with their services, cleanliness and work! Iβll usually seek advise from the manicurist for the designs that i wanted to do. Then Emily will advise and modify and boom! It always turn out better than what i expected!! Iβve also been bringing my friends to NFA and they always leave the salon feeling happy and satisfied! Thank you, Emily and your team for always able to deliver what I want. ?

β β β β β Please come here if you want to get ripped off. Extremely over priced for the services they charge. The lady at the counter was not clear around pricing and over charged me. They tried to sell me a tincture solution for 68 dollars that you can get for 23 dollars ok shopee. So best to save your money and go elsewhere.

β β β β β They are a very hygienic salon. Fully sanitise seats and equipment before and after use. And skill wise the manicurist Zixing is top notch, she does an excellent job for menβs mani and pedi to remove dead skin and calluses effectively. I have been their customer for over 5 years already.

β β β β β Did my red nails 2 weeks ago has grown out a little but itβs still intact and lasting. Based on my experiences so far I always have a relaxed time there despite the salon being quite packed the times I was there. I would thus suggest that calling them beforehand to book a slot before going turning up. Have already booked my CNY appointment with them.
