Great place, pretty clean but I'm disappointed with their service as I felt they were pretty rude to me. Hope they can be nicer to all races and not only 1 race.

Wanted a classic pedicure for $38 but they ended up JUST trimming my nails without any nail polish and still insisted I pay $40.66... kept trying to sell non stop and have attitude if you don’t buy... poor service.

Definitely regretted spending money for pedicure here - impulsive decision. It’s more expensive than many places and too much hard-selling. The price on the website is much cheaper than what they quoted at the store. Nothing fancy about it and yet charges so high, plus nett price was not told upfront. Pedicure was done fine hence 2 stars.

An An took care of my callus tactfully. She was gentle yet quick. She even recommended me to try their product to better my treatment as she advise if not treated, multiple sessions of callus will not have much improvement. Will definitely come again. Even the other staff are also friendly and polite.

Have been to this store for many years. Previously, staff were very pushy. Recently, the staff are not so pushy and friendlier. I like that it is near to my home and no need to make appointment.

The service and expeditious service at this outlet is good . However , please don’t ever take packages here . Once you’ve paid and take packages, most of the times when you call to make appointments , the staff instead of genuinely replying whether they have slots available or not , they will first ask you if you have a package . When you say yes , it’s an automatic “no slot available” - please try again another time . I have experienced this at least 70% to 80% of the time when I’ve called in. There was once I called to test how truthful they were , and when they asked me if I was package holder , I said no , and they immediately told me slot is available and asked me to come . When just minutes ago I called and asked for slot , they said they didn’t have a slot when they found out I was package holder and told me to come another time . Staff are also very pushy with their sales tactic - can’t enjoy in peace the services - as they will keep asking whether want to add on foot spa , fungal treatment etc etc .
