β β β β β I used to dine in here in the passed. TBH I don't think this restaurant have anymore consistency in their food. They came out with multiples brands online with the same kitchen same doing the job. If there are enough cooks will be fine but it seems like there is only 2 cooks. I will not pay for no Consistency!

β β β β β Waited half an hour still did not get my dine in order. Even person ordered after me already got their orders. Went to check with counter staff and gave me the puzzled look. Obviously missed my order. Staff did not apologise, only said will prepare for me immediately. Have to agree with other reviewer, this is indeed worst outlet.

β β β β β We ordered a number of times from this outlet, almost all the time, the delivery always wrong. But we keep ordering as we want healthier choice for our family. At the beginning we didnt know we could ask for refund. But even now that we ask for refund, it is still disappointing coz my child has nothing to eat when her item is missing.
Today we ordered 3 items, they forget the soup and bread (only has drink and rice) for one of the set meal. For the other 2 meals, only 1 meal has sauce, they forget the sauce for the other dish.
I'm very upset, coz usually the missing order is adult's one. This time the missing order is my child's food. I have to go out and buy something else for her.

β β β β β Ordered take away under Ciao Bella, that operates out of The Soup Spoon Union at Rivervale Mall. Ordered three pasta meals via Food Panda. Watched as the delivery time just kept blowing out. Once it got past 75 min with no change, complained to FP and the order was completed and delivered within 10 mins. Arrived almost cold. Agile Olio was super oily, far from pleasant. Serving size suitable for kids, not adults for all three meal. Delivered by someone not appearing to be from Food Panda, and without a mask. Not what I call $50 value, wouldnβt be happy spending half of this. Not again for us Iβm afraid.

β β β β β Brought family there for a dinner and ordered a dine in. After 30 mins, order number still showing at the preparing status. Went to check on my order status at the counter, was ignored at first then given with take away. Grab the take away bag and left. Half way home, checked on the order, it's a completely WRONG ORDER!!! Travel back to the restaurant, told the front desk that my order is wrong, no alternative offer from him, I asked for my refund. Go to next door, order ready in 10 mins. Strongly not recommending this outlet to Soup Spoon client. Very disappointing service.

β β β β β Good place to have soups or salads. Though the name suggests, they only serve soups. You can explore the menu using a QR code on the table & order it using the kiosk. They follow self service concept, so you have to collect your food once its ready. Generally, they take time to prepare any dish, but that makes sense as they use lot of ingredients. Food taste is quite consistent.

β β β β β Amazing, $18 for a salmon's fillet the size of one's finger. Diluted soup. As I have always gotten the SG Chicken Ragout Soup, I am familiar with the taste but this is extremely disappointing.
