Naked Ice Cream - 957 Upper Serangoon Rd

Repeat customer, highly recommend. Rich ice cream and delicious charcoal waffles, incredibly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Many flavours available. Not too crowded during off peak hours, so still possible to get a seat, but outside seating are available as well.

A cosy nice ambience for ice cream waffles. The waffles is very crispy. Ice cream is good too. Had tried Belgium chocolates, strawberry cheesecake, matcha, and speculoos cheese....all are superb good. Will definitely make many more repeated trip here.

Small cosy ice cream parlour that serve really good waffles! I love how crispy they make their waffles!! Although the ice cream is nothing to shout about and they do not serve coffee, their waffles and service more than made up for it! Will definitely visit again when waffle craving strikes. P.S: Do try their tropical lychee pop, it is quite different and refreshing.

Nice place with sufficient seats indoors and outdoors. Charcoal waffles were interestingly on the savoury side and nice. Belgian dark choc and salted caramel flavours were ok. I find them on the light side compared to Creamier where the flavours are stronger.

Went there twice, the pistachio and rocher ice cream is worth coming back for. Waffle was a little too sweet so it's gonna be hard to finish the entire thing if your choice of ice-cream is the milky sweet kind too. It's hard to find a sit if you go at night so be prepared.

disappointed… The variety was good and then we ordered. I was expecting the waffles to be stacked with ice cream in top typically like in other ice cream stores but it came like those shown in the pics.. Clearly showing us that the edges of the waffles are not neat and tidy… Presentation wise was just off The yuzu flavour ice cream tasted artificial Cookie butter was a bit too sweet until you feels jelat and just tasted like caramel Honey cream flavour was alright.. The charcoal waffle flavour was meh Then apparently we found hair in the ice cream which turns out to be from the plastic knifes and forks they’ve issued.. the store should use metal ones instead. Wish the space inside was bigger so that it’s not cramped inside The only good stuff is the Belgium chocolate flavour which was rich in flavour and the staff was nice. Won’t visit again

The hazelnut rocher is super good!!!! Will definitely go back again just for that ? the waffles are a little too crispy for me tho but i think some people may like it. Overall the experience is great for a small set up! Great place to hang out with your friends as they open till quite late.

Dropped by on a weekday lunchtime. Wasn't packed and seemed like I was the only customer. Read some of the bad reviews and I was fortunate I didn't encounter a queue or bad service from the staff. It was totally a guy doing a one man show. He was quite ok, I asked for some recommendations and he did recommend a few flavours. Ended up ordering the plain waffle and the pistachio and rock melon. The waffles was good if you ask me, I quite liked it. It was crispy and soft. Price was reasonable considering it was a waffle and 2 premium flavours. What I didn't like about the place: chairs were quite uncomfortable to sit to begin with, I didn't like the idea of using plastic knife and fork, makes me feel like eating the waffles in A&W. Ice cream was also okay, the rock melon is nice but I don't think it goes well with waffles. I would prefer to eat it plain in a cup. Also don't really like the way of the waffles plating, quite a hassle if you order more than 1 scoop or you want to share the waffles with friends. Would consider dropping by again next time for supper since it closes very late.
