★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, cab driver left without picking us because we were late by 15 .When we called the travels and asked they replied saying we have to find our own way to universal studios and he can’t arrange for an alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to singapore in June 2018 and the driver didn’t pick me up from airport saying that he couldn’t find me though I was trying to find him all the time and after that they mix the trip of all the passengers and provide very less time to visit places saying if you don’t come back by this time bus will leave without you. Drivers consider themselves flight pilots and don’t miss a chance to show attitude. I had to use private taxi most of the time because of the poor service provided by this third class travel agency..... don’t ever go for them and try not to see this worthless name Nanayam travels in your travel plan.

Of visiting place but at last moment they don't provide and say we don't know anything. Be wise in your decision making.
