There was a lack of crowd when we ate early dinner at 5.30pm. Staff was initiative and quick to inform us about dining options etc.
Before ordering, we were told to use the online menu where we can select and order in 1 go. However, the web application has a lot of UX problems and is not straightforward. Customers like us need to figure out what to do along the way. Nonetheless, the ordering and payment options was smooth and the staff, upon receiving the online order, repeat our order for confirmation.
Food ordered was plentiful and worth the money. The chicken is a bit dry on the inside but the side dishes complement the taste.
Overall, the food and web application can be better served but I still had a great time eating here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 21 January 2022: Foos is still good and staff is still friendly and helpful. We can now order at the counter or through our smartphone by scanning the QR code at the table. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, need to be vaccinated to be able to dine in and maximum 5 persons per table. Also, bottomless soft drinks need to ask the staff to help us refill as the self service kiosk is closed to customers.
Change of concept, now need to order and pay at counter. Staff here is still helpful and friendly. Food wise, good. Now the bottomless soft drinks have more options - some rare flavours like A&W rootbeer zero cherry flavour or Fanta zero Lychee flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious ? after a few years, it remain consistent in taste. I ordered the full chicken with 4 small sides which was plenty for 3. The only trouble I had was with the online menu but you'll figure out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good and quite attentive. Ordered the veggie burger with coleslaw and potato wedges. Not the best veggie burger I had eaten, as the texture was a bit too “beany” for my taste. However, what saved the dish was the cold flavourful coleslaw and the nicely fried potato wedges with nice crisp on the outside and soft potato goodness on the inside. They came with different selection of sauces which you could pour on your own, like mild hot sauce, garlic peri-peri, herbs and spices but I preferred the good old chili sauce to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious grilled chicken for a very reasonable price, chicken was very juicy. Wouldn’t recommend the sandwich because they are essentially chicken breast with buns. Chicken liver and mushrooms were good.

However the sides - fries / garlic bread were stale and wasn’t enjoyable, I’d suggest to swap out for another like salad as have visited this outlet a couples of times and fries served were always stale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went on a weekday afternoon, it was very empty, no music inside the store. has a weird vibe. but nonetheless, the food has always been consistent at Nandos no matter how many times I come here.
⭐ customer service: the staff greeted us and showed us where to sit and how to order. u need to place order thru a QR code & pay using your card thru phone, it was quite annoying to do that as we had to key in our card details, but I do understand the minimum contact and social distancing. i will recommend implementing maybe PAYNOW/PayLah! (it will be easier to pay, rather thn having to key in card details)
⛅ atmosphere: lots of art and warm lights, very nice to take photos. no music tho [quite weird]
?food & ? price: food had been consistent at this outlet, i came here many times. There’s also a free flow drink on the menu.
price wise was around $60-70. for 3 pax.
