B9 Dental Centre

I did some research on dental clinics and made a couple of calls before I made my selection. I was able to get thru the receptionist to make an appointment and went down for both an xray and consultation with Dr. Palani to decide on the treatment for my wisdom tooth. In both recent visits, I had around 10-15mins waiting time from my appointment time but it's generally a smooth process. The nurses/assistant were pleasant to help me with the xray as well. What I was most impressed with is Dr. Palani's skills and experience. I was very nervous to have my tooth extraction (as many have warned me about the pain) but Dr. Palani was reassuring and his experience allowed the whole process to be done in 15min. I am glad I managed to sort out my wisdom tooth issue within a week with a smooth booking, waiting and treatment process. I would go back to Dr. Palani again but he is only at Star Vista outlet every Thursday while the rest of the week at Toa Payoh branch. Thank you to the B9 team and hope you keep up the great work + service!

Should have checked with the receptionist of which Dr will be on duty before making an appointment. I have made an appointment with the recommendation of my colleague + it is just minutes away from my office. Went there earlier today for scaling + fluoride application. Everything was done in less than 20 mins + dr explaining to me what might have caused my gum doesn't looks healthy + I making a call to the clinic that I am undergoing braces treatment for the X-ray film as the Dr would like to see if there is any issue with the bone of my last tooth. I appreciate his effor but realised that the scaling is not being done well for the lower tooth. When I run my tongue over the teeth, it still feel rough and overall it doesn't feels clean as compared to my past experiences with other clinics.

Visited this clinic twice and had bad experience for both. Seems they hire part time dentist, they all seemed to be always rushing through their work, both times being very sloppy. I have never experienced such bad dentist work done before. First visit, scailing and polishing. Was done in 5 mins and i was out of the room. It was really just touch and go. I was also told i had nothing wrong with my teeth. I decided to give the dentist a second visit and it was worse. Different dentist. Same scailing and polishing was done in a rushed manner. First time in my life my gum bled doing normal cleaning. Because the dentish was so rough. He was rushing through and at the same time knocking my teeth with the equipment. Could tell he wasn't cleaning my teeth in detail. Horrible experience. Best thing he told me i had a lot of decays which the first dentist didn't mention 6 months before. Only good thing was he asked me on my budget and we kept it at 200. After the filling was done, i even had to ask him to flatten it out for me as my bite was lopsided. He should have checked if everything was okay before sending me out if the clinic. Came out of the clinic with my mouth tasting of iron and bleeding gums. Will never go back again.

Dentist service from excellent, good, normal, okok, bad to worst. No word to describe. I really miss the service I have before. Today treatment done by Dr Nick Sin Tong at Star Vista branch, really need to avoid. Thank you.

Hi if you see this can you please reply to my email????? The worst after service ever. They literally gives no care to customers once you have paid. I 100% overpaid and cannot even receive a reply from them regarding my enquiry. The worst dental ever

Receptionist was rude and inconsiderate. Booked an appointment at 10am but never come and opened even after 10.30am. Phone also cannot be reached. No courtesy to inform customers of delay. Till 2pm never initiate a call to follow up with customer. Had to call n scold them.

Dr Nick is extremely rude and sarcastic, to customers who just wanted to clarify certain things. Being a regular customer of the clementi outlet, the contrast in quality of service is vast. Cleaning in clementi outlet took 10-15mins but he only finished it in less than 5 mins. Receptionist/assistant is friendly and nice though.

Had a root canal and filling done before. So when a little bit of tooth chipped off was qt concerned. Dr Nick checked it and was reassured at no cost. Much nicer and more efficient than other outlets where a 1hr wait can be in vain.
