Raw gyoza was given to me 3 times and no apology from any of the staff, horrible!

Ordered the Aburi Cha Siew Ramen. Cha Siew was very salty and hard. Feels overpriced for what I had.

Food is food-court level charged at restaurant price. Restaurant is under manpowered.

First and last time coming here. We came in because of the “reputable” chef’s name on the outside. What a disappointment. The standard is a bordering a little better than food court standards. We ordered a Giga don, White fish don, Pork don. Tempura batter - fail. Hard and heavy. Not fluffy and light. It felt like those food court fish and chips batter. Oily tasting. Looks nothing like the pictures outside the storefront. Rice - fail. It was Japanese rice but it was dry. Felt like normal Chinese rice. Tasteless (except for the sauce). Felt lukewarm to the touch. In fact some portions of the rice on the surface felt cold, like it had been lying in the bowl for some time. Tempura filling - the fish was not firm. Basically like mush. So after biting into the fairly hard batter, you bite into nothing. No texture. I remember having a tempura seaweed... my goodness, it was so hard and crispy. Crunch!! Pork - I didn’t eat it but it looked bland and like cheap frozen meat. Portions - fairly small. I feel bad for giving a bad review like this, however I hope the owner/chef comes back to QC the quality of the food for his name’s sake. I felt like it was a total waste of calories. Felt like I just ate bits of food court fish and chips (without chips) and rice. Please come back and save your store.

Bad service and the worst food. Went with elderly parents and we were squeezed in a corner next to a huge pile of haphazardly stacked boxes and storage stuff. There was outdoor seating available but upon inquiry, they said they had "no choice"(?!) but to open up that area, and would "recommend we didn't move". The store manager (I assume as he was the only one not in uniform) passed by during our conversation with a look like it was none of his business. The food, like everyone else mentioned was, sorely lacking. Tempura batter was thicker and harder than stone. The tartar sauce on the fried chicken was strangely sour. The rice was limp and dull looking. I gotta say the gyoza was passable, probably because it was the frozen stuff they got from a mart. I wish I had read the reviews before entering this place. I'm writing in the hope that you do and learn from our experiences..

Everything is average, service is not good. I ordered 4 pcs chasu ramen but they only served me 2pcs. Wont come again. Also, the price is a bit higher than other stores

Akimitsu ramen and tendon is located at the same spot as the previous Menya Murashi. As the name suggests, they offer tendon and ramen on the menu. We visited at weekend lunchtime, no need to queue for long to get a sit. Ordered tendon (spicy and non-spicy). The tempura was crispy and served cold. But the fried egg was fully cooked, a little bit disappointed. Overall, a decent place to get tendon and just meet expectation.
