Not only was he confrontational in his manner, he also made several assumptions that are untrue and remarks that are unfounded and totally uncalled for. This is not the service I had expected from a company that prides itself on providing Quality Service.

β β β β β Very bad experience. The staff wasnβt friendly nor helpful in getting me a decent helper. They charge premium agent fee ($1588) but provide zero service.
I thought Nation is one of the best agencies. Super disappointed after the meeting.

β β β β β There is a list of helpers that you keep private and don't share on the website. Those are the better ones. The list that you put up on the website are for the employers who need to change helpers within 6 months. "No helpers. All go to HK, Taiwan already..."
If all is good, then you are a good agency. When there is a need to change the helper within 6 months, your service is APPALLING. Either you assume that every employer understand every application step, or you can't be bothered to explain. "This one, insurance la!"

β β β β β I am very satisfied with how Ms Haw Swee Yann handled my case. Faced some issues with my maid gotten from another Nation branch. Ms Yann helped with arranging to speak to an agent who could translate to my maid and talk to her. Would come Jurong branch instead of the other branch in future also because they have a training centre here.

β β β β β Hi, the service at JE branch was relatively good before I made the payment. There is no follow up and I left several messages before the in-charge called back. The promises and assurances made before the payment were not materialized after the payment made. After sales service has big room for improvement. There are always ways to assure your customers instead of brushing them away and never follow up. There is no assurance and the feeling is "You just have to wait".

Unpleasant experience with Nation Maid.
How would you feel after you have confirmed your interest in a migrant domestic worker (MDW), confirmed that the MDW was still available, put together all requested personal documents and made the full deposit of >$1500 to the company, and for the agent to call you back after 3 hours to say that the MDW is no longer available and they do not have the exact details as to what happened?! And to add salt to injury, their agents' explanation were to seek my understanding that 'this happens sometimes', and that 'the MDW's profile may have been double-booked by another of their agent from a different branch'. Seriously??!! Sounds like bad processes/IT systems, but why should a paying customer have to bear with all of that, especially since it was confirmed that the MDW was available right at the point where we made payment. The MDW should have therefore been assigned to us, right?
Yes, that's what my wife and I had to go through with Nation Maid Agency.

β β β β β I used to get a helper through Nation Toa Payoh branch years ago, and definitely will go through them again to get a new one.
Maybe now business too good. Called twice through 2 different days, someone on the other end said will get their sales to call back. But NO. No return call, waited 3 days. So if their sales personnel are already so unresponsive, I think better consider if getting a helper through them. You might actually face the wall when you have problem.

β β β β β Having bad experience with nation maid. We hired a helper to come and help us to take care of baby and do some simple house cleaning. The helper came only few months and giving us attitude and rule to us. Keep letting my baby fall down and did not really care. Talk to the helper nicely and yet the helper showing us attitude and talk back rule to us. Email to nation and no response back to us yet.
