★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't use the privacy stations to do my paperwork. Turned the monitors away to fax the side to avoid distractions, librarian came over and moved it back saying "I can't have these monitors damaged". Btw moving desktop monitors will not damage them
If the Government has the guts to allow people to access archival records in the National Archives, they better have the guts to make it accessible online, so Pepe can view it from home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a drop off point just in front of the archives for you if you took transport. If you're there to drop off some files for the archives you're at the right location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restoration and reinstating of the National archives of Singapore is completed and it is beautiful. The building's original concrete scallop canopy and veranda have pushed back its street fencing and introduce to the public.
The repository section of the building will also be given a new facade to act as a thermal barrier to protect the "priceless" materials.
A national treasure indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really a public friendly place. The guard will interrogate you as though one is intruding even when there is are exhibitions open to public.
However the exhibition on war memorabilia was extremely well curated and fascinating.
