Best Dental clinic in Singapore

O	Ong Poon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was refer to NDC from polyclinic because my tooth need to do root canal and crowning. Since last year Oct 2021. The process still going on, only the root canal done. Need to do gum operation before the crowning part. Because they got Blue chas card susidy therefore I stay on to the appointments. And private clinic are charging those procedures like crazy high! The root canal doctor did not do a good job in filing up the tooth therefore superior ask her to re-do it. I really hope all these be done soon. It's so suffering to drag so long and it's not cheap too Only the operation can be pay by medisave the rest also need pay cash. Pls take note!

One year after I was referred here, I still couldn't get anything done because the doctors were either incompetent or irresponsible. Average wait time for an appointment is 3-6 months and they would make u go through procedurals loops only to let you know 6 months later that things have changed, when they could have done things for you months ahead. AVOID AT ALL COST SERIOUSLY. JUST GO TO JB .If i can have it rank with no star , I would.

T	Tan Tk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think most doctors are kind of stretched given the amount of patients they are seeing everyday. Patients' concerns are addressed if they are valid. Have to self educate,set reasonable expectation and understand the treatment plan to get the most out of it.

My impression of painful dental extractions was proved wrong and Dr Tan assured and reassured me it will be painless and indeed it was. Compared to my peers who did their tooth extractions at other hospitals, I am really glad that I chose NDCS as the waiting time was much faster. Kudos to the healthcare professionals and many thanks especially to Dr Tan!
D	Devi Pillai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing against the dentist and the nurses of NDC as they treat patients politely and professionally. But appointments are something else. I am currently doing my crowning for the past two years n the process is still ongoing. I repeated told them that I am unable to attend the morning sessions as I am working n will lose my day’s wage as the treatment is not covered by MC n yet I always get the appointments in the mornings n have to go through the tedious process of changing it. Not only is the calling time long but the next appointments can take 6 month. A real disappointment.
B	Backyard Xplorer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and nurses are very professional and they treat dental issues that the usual dental clinic cant treat, example sensitive gums. It is next door to health promotion board and share the same basement car park. The clinics are spacious and clean and well maintain. There a small coffee kiosk outside health promotion board lobby if you need to have a coffee fix
K	Kew “Mitsuwa” Pie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have completed 8 appointments over a span of 2 years done up to date for various treatments that can’t be arranged at the polyclinic levels. Some complex ones that I had to endured painful moments. The doctors who attended to me are very kind, attentive n understandably professional ??. Waiting periods wasn’t prolonged n tolerant at my expectations n experience. The instruments n devices are updated. I will be coming in for subsequent treatments that are concurrently ongoing. Well recommended ???
