This place is terrible. For a friend like mine who was wheezing so badly and yet the nurse at the triage room cannot hear at all despite ascultating with the stethoscope for a good 10 minutes. Need the doctor to ascultate and hear it. Please train your triage nurse inside the emergency room to ascultate and listen properly. Attitude is terrible also especially those SPSA aunties at the counter. Lousiest place in the Singhealth polyclinic cluster. The Sengkang one is better and more professional.

I am impressed how smooth things went with my mom’s appointment on 1 June 2022 at the Outram Polyclinic. I wish to thank the frontline staff and doctor for the warm and professional experience.

This place is horrible!Had an appointment at 1220pm.Came 15 mins early for appointment but their system cockup,appointment is there but somehow dont have queue number.So have to go to counter for them to do for me.After that waited 1hr 30mins just to see the doctor.It was not even busy at that time and i have appointment. After waiting for hours in alot of pain,the doctor said she cant do anything for my swollen hand and refer me to the hospital instead.Not even a medication was given for my pain.

Booked an appointment. registered in person since the online booking confirmation didnt work. received the queue number that was pre arranged 3 days before. waited an hour after receiving the queue number only to find out im not even in the system. AFTER RECEIVING THE QUEUE NUMBER IN PERSON. pls lah MOH, wake up your idea edit: the staff were nice and helped facilitate the process of moving around without an actual queue number in the system

First time here. Cannot book online, must come early and get a consultation slot. It's on Monday so very crowded. Waiting time is more than two hours, it's ok for walk-in. Dr., nurses, and staff at registration, lab and pharmacy are all professional and helpful.

Relatively easy to book prior appointment via Healthhub. The environment pleasant and the counter staff polite. However, the doctor I seen at room 21 Dr Michelle Chng is one of the worst I had encountered. Totally lack of empathy and extremely rude to say the least. One would not expect a doctor to behave in such manner. Or is it to be expected from a heavily government subsidized entity? You pay peanuts you get monkeys? Lol!

First time here. Appointment made online for 8:40am Saturday, arrived 10mins earlier and registration staff was friendly. Not many people too maybe it’s early. I got into the consultation room exactly at 8:40am (coincidence?). Dr Melissa was okay (at first didn’t seem to be very friendly but it gets better and smile towards the end ?). Consultation overall took about 10mins. Queue for payment and prescription collection is the one that took long time. Waited about 20mins+.

It was relatively easy to make an appt via HealthHub. Got an appointment for 12:20, asked to arrive 20min before, I registered at 1156, got to see doctor only about 1 hour after my appointment time. After 30min past my appointment time, I went to check with doc and she informed me 3 more patients before my turn. Dr Lee Fang Chin is apologetic about the wait and explained it is due to backlog. She is thorough and has good bedside manner, could be why she takes time to see each patient. Take note the laboratory and some vaccination department are closed from 1-2pm. If you need any of those services, have to plan your visit or be back at 2pm for follow up. The initiative to move everything to self service from registration to payment really helps to shorten the wait time or no wait if you opt for Speed Pay is great. The payment staff was very helpful & sign me for flexi-Medisave payment option too! Tip: was advised to make early appointments to avoid too wait.
