★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came together with parents for their appointments. Procedures changes not updated to patients. Keep pushing patients here n there. When ask they say its Procedures. Not enough manpower doesnt mean u can push patients here n there to get paper work done. Supposed to be fast n friendly but yet resulted slow and frustrated appointments . lucky came with them. Cannot imagine n really worried those senior citizens whom came alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call Centre only take down caller contact number and indicate a call back by HPB dental centre same day. HPB dental staff never called back after 3 days..I called again and yet same amswer " we will call bacl same day". Bad service and again no return call. HPB should allow appointment booked thru Health buddy to reduce such inefficiency due to so call "manpower" shortage due to covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please change your system for reviewing vaccination verification for foreign born children. We submitted my newborn’s documentation over 6 weeks ago and no update or response from anyone at the Health Promotion Board regarding his application. We call and email daily. Nonetheless, he can’t have any of the required vaccinations due to his age so the review should be quite easy. Our entire overseas relocation is being held up because of this single document and it is very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you very much Ms Lim from Canberra Pri dental clinic for the much needed help and care while attending to the dental needs of my son Benjamin from Pri 1 when he visited the dentist Ms Lim today..Ms Lim detailed and clear explaining helped to allay fears of any dental complication for Benjamin..definitely hope that Ms Lim would keep up the good works and continue to serve the students with utmost dedication..God bless..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It next to singapore dental center. It easier to find parking here if you are visiting main sgh. At the lobby there a cafe kiosk call wholesome. The tea is ok but not the mee siam. Find the gravy too watery and not much taste.

My child was asked to go for a follow up eye check there and we were so impressed by the professionalism and passion of Ms Adeline Ho. She cheerfully greeted us and made my 6 year old instantly feel at home with lots of patience and encouragement. She is certainly an asset. Thank you Ms Ho!
