National Equestrian Centre (NEC) is a public facility that develops TEAM Singapore for international equestrian competition and provides a training and competition facility for equestrian events in Singapore. To promote the Equestrian Sports in Singapore, the NEC also conducts riding lessons for members of the public. Lessons can be taken privately or in groups (maximum 4 people per class) and cater for riders from beginners to competitive. More experienced riders also have the option of riding without supervision (self-ride). Riding lessons start from 7-11 am and 4-7 pm (Mondays to Saturdays), closed on Sundays. Also caters to those who need to go to work/ school, as there are shower facilities. Minimum 5 years old. Safety is of paramount importance and much emphasis is placed on ensuring that the horse and rider are well-matched in terms of temperament and ability.

Great place to ride without the need to be a member, horses are well taken care of, staff are friendly and helpful and instructors are knowledgeable ... recommended
