I attended a Learning Journey to the Equine Therapy with my colleagues today. It was a good experience learning from the trainers Mr Adrian and Ms Rogers about how equine therapy can be applied on students to build resilience and confidence. The trainers were knowledgeable and patient in sharing their expertise. Thanks for having us!

My friend and I both enjoyed the equine wellness program run by Healing Horses. Learnt a lot about how to care for the horses and had a fun time riding Saraceni as well! The instructors were patient, friendly and knowledgeable and ensured safety as priority for the participants. Thanks for the great experience! ?

Always a pleasant experience with healing horses and their dedicated and truly passionate team. Chitra is very patient with the children, uses short phrases to keep the child engaged and has tailor made lessons to each individual child according to the kids needs to help them overcome the challenges they face. Price is reasonable and definitely beneficial for any child to engage and develope a love for animals, core strength, learn to interact with trainers, they also do activities that stimulates the right and left brain. My son was fully engaged for 45mins and always looks forward to going again. A gem in the city!

Dedicated, professional and incredibly passionate social enterprise led by Chitra Rogers who is highly trained in special needs equine therapy - qualifications which not all providers can claim to have. Classes are split into horse-riding at the paddock and also horse/pony care in the stables (brushing, feeding etc). This gives the child different physical experiences and interactions with the horse. It also means that even when it rains, the session can go on in the stable. Our 6 year-old loves horses and the Healing Horses team has turned this keen interest into an opportunity to nurture his social skills, sense of respect and care for animals, and of course physical balance and motor skills. Now he can communicate with and steer his pony quite independently which is a great skill and confidence-builder for any child.

Adrian was our facilitator of the day. He is very engaging and knows his stuffs well. Everything was done in a safe and comfortable manner. Can see that the Ponies or very well taken care off by them too. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try something different!

Chithra and her team are true professionals who really have a heart for the horses. All activities are centred around the horse and they are very knowledgeable about the horses and their individual temperaments. Great for kids with special needs and for anyone who wants to know more about horses!

Love the experience at Healing Horses. The trainers were very knowledgeable about horses, equine therapy, safety issues and they have a lot of experience working with children with special needs. It was a thoroughly enlightening and enriching experience. I recommend you to come and experience it yourself. :)
