Plant newbie here - dropped in on weekday lunchtime to pick up a few starter plants and had a nice time. If you want a chilled out experience and friendly owners, definitely this is the place. Unsure how the plants will hold up but it's all an adventure. Shop local~

Avoid. Expensive and charges for every small thing. Regardless whether you buy bulk or small quantity. Overcharged me for my and asked for credit note, said got to ask boss, and to date (2 months later) still no calls from them. Regretted supporting them and buying so many plants from them.

Good place to buy orchids, cactus, other flowers and accessories!

First and last time buying from them. Bought an orchid from them and requested for repotting. Lady quoted $2 for the service and so we went to retrieve our pot from the car. She said depending on how much extra moss is needed. She saw how small our pot was and even commented that “it’s so small and don’t need additional moss”. But as they were re-potting, she said was going to be $5. I was taken aback and clarified the price but she just insisted “ya it’s $5”. Suddenly the price changed. Not very honest but at this point we did not want to argue, so just pay and leave. While the staff was packing it into a plastic bag, he was repeatedly knocking the orchid flowers into things. It irked me that the he was oblivious to what he was doing. Lady also advised to water the orchid every alternate day and to use specifically “organic fertiliser” in an attempt to sell hers. Not sure if they really know what they’re doing or if I can trust them. (I’ve had this orchid before and always been told once every week.) Just walk next door to Far East Flora for a better experience.
