★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was where I studied throughout my secondary school. Today I came back to apply for my NLB membership, and the experiences were as amazing as ever! The staff was super helpful, every single one I’ve encountered. I need to mention Mr Gopal (sorry I couldn’t remember his full name). He guided me thoroughly how to register using the machine and later with paper form when there was some error registering with my Passion Card. He was super kind to guide me to register with my Passion Card, to save $10 as I’m a foreigner. When there were issues, he was very patient and tried his best to help!
Thank you so much for your help, Mr Gopal!! Please give him a promotion - his kindness, resourcefulness and dedication really show forth!!! Thank you!!
