Love the ambience at the cafe, perfect spot to work and chill at right near the library. I usually get the Yuzu Calpis Soda and one of the many bakery items they have. Their bakery items range from croissants, doughnuts to savoury breads. With reasonable prices and friendly staff, it is one of my go to location to work at.

Friendly service, too bad the food menu wasn’t available would have give the toast a try. Their buns and bread were very nice. Coming in the early hours to have the freshest bakery available. The Oreo ice blended is just nice, not too sweet.

I came here at 730pm to buy the curry bread because they supposedly close at 830pm, and there was barely anything left. Staff told me I should come by 4pm if I want to buy the curry bread, which I thought was strange because their millennia walk and 100am outlets had curry bread available even at 7pm. So I came again at its opening at 830am to buy the curry bread and there were only 2 types of bread available. The staff said that the curry bread only comes out at 10am. More varieties of bread came out gradually after, so if you want a decent selection, it’s better to come after 930am. I was disappointed, but since I was already there, I waited for a while and bought some of the other bread that came out: the walnut cheese, yam bun and pizza bread. The pizza bread had no tomato sauce in it, so it was really plain for me. The walnut cheese was alright, the cheese cream is like a thick cheesecake consistency. The yam bread tho was really good, flaky exterior and smooth orh-nee filling. Highly recommend. After a short while, the staff very kindly came to inform me that they have curry bread available now, and I promptly bought most of that batch. They then gave me a free small pack of mini madeleines. This made up for the disappointment. Curry bread had generous filling, very satisfying. The latte was pleasant, not sour, smooth and fairly priced for the amount you get. The strawberry shortcake, however, wasn’t good at all. The cream was alright, could be better, but the most lacking part of it was the chiffon cake. It was kind of dense and tasteless, the texture reminds me of polyester cushion stuffing, similar to the chiffon cakes you’d get from neighbourhood bakeries. A pale comparison from the quality of strawberry shortcakes you’d get in Japan. Interior of the cafe is very nice, airy and cosy with cute light blue and gold display cases, you’d probably have a nice time here with a drink and something to eat while chilling with a book since the library is just next door. Although most of the cafe looks clean, there were crumbs and rubbish lying around the floor near the seats at the sides. All in all a nice place to chill and to get affordable, good tasting bread, but they could improve on floor cleanliness, quality of their strawberry shortcakes and make their best selling items (curry bread) more available throughout their opening hours. Also, they should really offer delivery with the current COVID situation.

Pleasant discovery with a range of bakery items at a very reasonable price. Located at the NLB building. The pear Danish and mini croissants were absolutely delicious. They are famous for their Japanese curry croquettes but I was not in the mood for that. The ice latte was good, with additional 70c for oat milk and 50c for less ice. The total bill altogether was still less than an ice latte at arabica% :p

Integrated within the jurong East library.it is a bakery cum cafe with the core concept centering around Japanese bakes, coffee and tea. prices for the bakes and cakes are affordable and drinks are on par with other cafes.they do serve some burgers but these are pricey. service is self service but staff are polite and efficient. had the melon pan and green tea latte for a quick teabreak before heading home .

Favorite japanese bakery for yummy fresh bakes! Am a big fan of their toasts and baguettes. Wide variety of sweet and savory bread available here. They also sell cakes, tarts, and drinks. Happy to see a cafe section in this outlet. Enjoyed the ice hojicha latte and croissant set. For hojicha latte, you can request for no sugar or honey in your drink. The drink was not diluted after sitting out for 30 mins. Love the thick hojicha flavour. Croissant set came with two sides - mini mushroom soup and potato salad. Everything on the plate was delicious. There's a lot of two seater table available here. No issue finding seat during weekend early noon. Will definitely return to try out more stuff!

It’s a nice cafe nestled in the library. A good selection of bread and cakes, the price is affordable. Ordered a large caramel latte with a croissant and a curry bun for $10. And they were delicious. The croissant was fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and the curry bun was flavourful. The latte came with pretty topping of caramel squirts that looks like a butterfly.
