★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice dog there. Fixed my TV nicely! Amazing work on my TV. It was not turning on and It turns out the circuit board had many broken chips. They fixed it in just 4 hours!!!! Soooo impressive! So shocked. The people there are rather nice and they had a small dog with them too. Pretty sweet. I recommend this place at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send my Samsung UA46ES6700 for repair at the workshop. Suspected to be a power supply problem. Friendly staff (yes the cute dog is still there) reviewed TV on the spot, changed out with a spare power supply. Although power light and sound came on, picture was still not up. Left the TV with them for about an hour whilst we went for lunch. TV was repaired by the end of our lunch and we were able to collect back. TV is now back home and working normally ??.

I made a call before sending the TV in, and the lady who picked up the phone was super friendly and informative about the process and what to expect. She was even nicer when I met her in person to drop the TV at the shop. Few days later, she called back and informed the cost and said the TV could be picked up in few hours. Thank you so much for making everything easier!

Cecilia helped me to source for the spare part that went almost obselete. came back few times when the tv went haywire within 2 weeks but had other parts changed too complimentary. thank you so much for the great help. appreciates alot for the assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up Ms Lee (think she's the co-owner) regarding my faulty TV matter she was vry patient and friendly and helpful over the phone, got her to hooked up Jackson Tan the repair Tech (co-owner as well) came down to my place and found out it needs to bring back to his workshop for diagnostic and spare-parts and got TV back in a just a couple of days time and everything was done, Jackson was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on his field of work,also offered many advises, he really go the extra mile of explaining all the details of work done,
HIghly recommended this place if you have any issues with your TV, you can be rest assured that your item are in safe hand and service rendered is prompt and reliable.
