★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner Cecilia Tan said she was able to restore my bag. But after she took it in it was not restored - leather remained hard. Initially she agreed to refund me the fees I paid for the restoration work. But after she sent the bag back she reneged and refused to refund me the monies. I’m very disgusted by her behaviour. She lied to get the business and lied about refunding. Avoid at all cost. If you can’t do the job, then don’t accept it. So hard up for business???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad experience happened several years ago… I don’t usually give bad review, especially 1 star. But really, I mean this store is the most ridiculous store I’ve ever been to.
Charged $S250 for repairing the bag straps which broken itself the first day I received. Later after, this owner begged for a second chance… after weeks of waiting, Second time was even worse. Unfortunately all materials they used are really Low quality and looks nothing like what she promised.
In the end, she refused to refund and my bag was ruined because she threw my original straps ??♀️
What can you do when you encountered owner like this?
Please run far far away from this store :)
