★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was very quick but the lashes dropped off very quickly. The fastest my lashes have ever come off so it may be their glue, I'm not sure. They did a good job of making it look good ; natural but voluminous. It didn't last though. 2 weeks. Single lash extensions usually last 6 weeks (on me at least) for reference.

They always last longer than expected, showcasing the quality of their products. Service at this place is always warm and genuine, making customers more inclined to engage in their services willingly. Always gentle and meticulous to their customers, making their work top-notch. Kudos to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. Professional and all the beauticians know their stuff. Started out with a eyelash extension promo and realized their lashes last so much longer than many other shops. Recently did my eyeliner and eyebrow embroidery and super happy with the results. Best part, which I think is a worry for everyone walking into such shops.... There is no hidden costs and absolutely no upsell. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem. Reasonably priced, but WAY better than endorsed by influencers. Did my lash extensions here and never looked back. Their glue is awesome, does not sting the eyes the slightest unlike many in other places which I've done before. Their packages include free touch up within first 2 weeks, but even after 2 weeks, they were still really full. Longest lasting extensions, impeccably done ever. Super kind and friendly staff. Had my lashes done by Grace, Xin Yee, CC and also Yixin, same high standard delivered by any staff.

Her attention to detail is amazing and the results last a long time. I think it is really good value for their packages and they always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. A real hidden gem in Holland Village.

She is very polite and knows her job very well.She takes great care to explain every step during the facial and never does hard selling. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a creative brow embroidery by Evelyn for $180 (special offer) and I'm really happy with the results. It took abt two hours. She first drew a shape until I was satisfied and then let me choose colors (chocolate vs dark brown). She always gave me a choice but guided me with what would look best. Finally, I could lie in a cozy bed under covers while she did my brows and I fell asleep! Most importantly, NO HARD SELLING. touch-up next year would be similarly $180. I'll definitely be back!
