★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse clinic i've ever visited. No Nets Machine.. and no receipt is given, until I called and ask about it. Told the cashier if she is able to email me the receipt she said she can't and I have to make a trip down to the clinic the next working day. Here's a thing, the cashier can print my MC but not the receipt, i am speechless. Service provided wasn't great either. Overall experience not great at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V. Good! The new doctor, Dr Kingsfield was very patient in hearing my conditions and even offer alternatives if I'm still experiencing the infection after my upcoming vacation trip. Most docs only care what is currently wrong with you but Dr Kingsfield took the extra effort to let me know what else I could do if symptom persist. That's comforting for the patient (me). This is definitely my next regular doctor to go to! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The number on website is not connected to the clinic, I was told the nurses will call back, it took almost 2 hours. Best part is when I told nurse about my child's symptoms, immediately she said Doctor advice me to admit him to A&E! He is just having some nausea and vomited. ART test done and was negative! Is there a need to send to A&E? Isn't meant for serious and urgent patients?? I am speechless!
