S	Stephen Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No idea if staff is neligent or unprofessional, Staff simply left my wife ic at the counter, left it unmanned and went off, the IC was exposed instead of being kept properly...there is a patisnt lingering at the counter... where is the PDPA? What if other people take a picture of my wife IC? Can staff simply leave the IC of a patient at the counter? Simply unprofessional, we took the ic and walked off, will never return again... a simple job such as manning counter cant be handled...

I was a given a guage of 1 hour waiting time but easily waiting time is 2hrs. Per patient is around 30 mins waiting time. Well I appluad the detail viewing on patient condition by the doctor, there might be patient who are suffering from fever and stuff . Very bad and poor experience.

Didn't receive any message from MOH until today and tried to call clinic few times at different day to check if they have submitted the result to MOH, but nobody purposely picked up. So unprofessional. We couldn't collect ART test kits and had to spend for test kits for our whole family members. The lady doctor is ok but many of their medicines are run out so they just gave what they have. Prefer, Frontier clinic at 654 Yishun Ave 4, both staffs and doctor are professional.
E	Erina Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband was here for fever and cough. Took temperature at home and was 37.5C. Doctor insisted no fever and gave panadol. When we went back and take his temperature again it was 38C. Fever did not go down and now is 39C when checked at other clinic.

Called the clinic abt our situation, locum Dr Gennie was very caring & nice, she & Staff Dian waited for us till we came at 9.20pm (closing 9.30pm). Very professional. Thank u so much to both Dr & staff.

However I only saw one already making payment and 1 waiting outside under the hot sun. So they need 1hr 10mins to see a patient???? When I asked her she ignore me. She was so rude. What is this service? Really terrible! So unprofessional!
